The 8 × 150 × 100 mm straight burner ignition electrode features a 97% alumina ceramic insulator and a Kanthal® A-1 metal rod. The ceramic has a specified temperature resistance of up to 1100°C.
Kanthal® A-1 is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloy commonly used in resistance heating applications. In this product, it forms the ignition electrode rod.
The size represents ceramic outer diameter × ceramic length × exposed rod length: 8 mm × 150 mm × 100 mm.
The nominal rod diameter is 3 mm. Both diameters have a specified tolerance of ±0.05 mm. Length dimensions exclude the upper terminal.
Supplied by Mahalaxmi Sales, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with delivery across India. Match the dimensions, terminal connection, mounting arrangement and tip shape with your existing electrode before ordering.
